What kind of products do you sell?
We sell home and personal care products: detergents, cleaners, cleaning accessories, and non-food everyday items.
Do I have to register to purchase?
You can also purchase as a guest. Registering allows you to save your data, view your order history, and receive special offers.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery usually takes place within 4 working days of order confirmation, except in cases of force majeure or in areas that are difficult to reach.
How much do shipping costs?
The cost depends on the weight of your cart and the area. For Venice and the smaller islands, a fixed surcharge of €11 is added to the calculated shipping cost. The total is always visible before payment.
Do you only ship to Italy?
Yes, we currently only ship within Italy. We do not ship internationally.
How does the right of withdrawal work?
For online purchases, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for legal exceptions for products sealed for hygiene reasons that have been opened (soaps, shower gels, detergents, shampoos, etc.).
What do I do if the package is damaged?
If the packaging is visibly damaged, refuse the package without opening it. If the damage is internal, contact our Customer Service and send photos of the problem.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods listed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, digital wallets, PayPal, and Klarna). Available payment methods are always visible before confirming your order.
