x The SETA BLU sterile urine container is a disposable, sealed, ready-to-use container designed for collecting urine samples for chemical-physical analyses, rapid test strips, or laboratory tests (e.g. urine culture).
It is packaged sterilely to avoid external contamination and ensure the most reliable test result possible.
It is suitable for both home use (when you need to take the sample to the laboratory/doctor) and in the doctor's office, pharmacy, clinic, etc.

Instructions for use (urine sample collection)

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and dry them.

Open the package only before use to maintain sterility.

Unscrew the cap, being careful not to touch the inside of the container or the inside of the cap with your fingers (to avoid contamination).

Collect your urine in the container. If your doctor/lab calls it a "midstream," this means: start urinating into the toilet, then, without interrupting your flow, collect the urine in the container, and then finish urinating into the toilet.

Immediately close the cap, screwing it tightly to avoid leaks.

Label with name, surname, date and time of collection if required.

Deliver the sample to the laboratory/doctor as soon as possible, following the instructions received (in many cases within a few hours of collection).

Sterile single-use product: do not reuse.

Do not touch the inside of the container before use. Even minimal contact can alter the results of tests such as urine cultures.

If the container appears damaged, open, or has the cap unscrewed, do not use it: sterility may be compromised.

Keep container tightly closed and upright during transport to avoid spills.

Always follow the laboratory's specific instructions (some require temporary storage in the refrigerator if you don't deliver immediately).
